Rock Bucket
Intro — A skeleton rock bucket with a thickened wear-resistant cutting edge, for hard material loading and sorting rock out of soil.
Manufacturing — The open skeleton design lets fines fall through while rock stays in the bucket. The edge is thickened and wear-resistant for hard loading. Grid spacing is made to the particle size you want to separate, not to a stock pattern. Load-bearing welds follow a qualified procedure and the unit is shot blasted and coated in-house.
On site — Clearing a site where rock and soil are mixed: fill, shake twice, soil drops out, rock stays in the bucket — no hand picking.
