Source & Incoming Material Control At the raw material procurement stage, we implement supplier qualification assessment and regular supplier review. Strict IQC inspections are carried out on all incoming materials, covering dimension, performance and appearance verification. Non-conforming materials will be quarantined and rejected to eliminate risks from the source.

Production Process Control Multiple checkpoints are deployed throughout production. First article inspection is mandatory before mass production. All operations follow approved work instructions, with periodic patrol inspections at key working procedures to standardize workmanship.

Final Product Audit & Batch Sampling Before shipment, each finished unit undergoes a final audit, including comprehensive verification of dimensional accuracy, structural integrity and load-bearing performance. We also test product function, paint thickness, coating adhesion and color difference. Photos are taken for each unit for archiving, and batch samples are retained. Goods can only be released after passing inspection.

Traceability & Quality Records Batch ledgers and full inspection documents are properly archived. We can provide detailed quality records for each shipment, enabling full traceability of raw material batches, production records and inspection results.

Nonconformity Closed-loop & Continuous Improvement All quality incidents are formally logged. We adopt 8D analysis and PDCA cycles to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions, and verify effectiveness to prevent recurrence. Customer feedback is valued as an important input for ongoing optimization of products and services.

Quality Culture & On-the-job Training We advocate company-wide quality awareness. Every team member understands their responsibility towards product quality. Regular quality training is arranged, and improvement proposals are encouraged to build a quality-focused team.

We follow ISO 9001 quality management principles to structure our internal process control system, and will evaluate third-party certification according to business development plans.
