Intro — A wear-resistant rock bucket for shot rock, ore and abrasive aggregate, built around break-out force rather than capacity.

Manufacturing — Floor and side walls are thickened and lined with wear plate; tooth holders and side protectors are welded for high break-out loads. Load-bearing welds are laid to a qualified welding procedure and inspected, and each bucket is dimensionally checked, paint-tested and photographed before dispatch. Tooth pattern and protector layout are adjusted to your material — blasted rock, river gravel or hard overburden.

On site — For blasted rock loading at the face: swap out worn teeth instead of replacing the whole bucket to cut downtime and costs.
