Manufacturing — Main plate is thickened and the floor and side walls carry wear liners. Side plates and tooth holders are pre-heated and welded to a qualified welding procedure; load-bearing welds are inspected and every bucket is dimensionally checked, paint-tested and photographed, with a batch quality report issued for traceability. Build starts from your machine model, your material and your target cycle time, not from a fixed catalogue.

On site — Bulk excavation and loading trucks: one bite fills the tray, and the digging pace matches the truck cycle.
