Intro — A hydraulic grapple for wheel loaders, built to handle grass, brush, scrap paper and long timber where a bucket alone cannot hold the load.

Manufacturing — Jaw arms and the cross beam are cut from high-strength structural plate on our own CNC cutting line, then welded in a dedicated fixture so both jaws open in sync and every hinge bore stays concentric. After welding the whole unit is shot blasted, primed with epoxy and top-coated with polyurethane. Each grapple is functionally tested for opening, closing and pressure holding before it leaves our 10,000 m² plant in Zhangzhou. The mount plate is made to your quick-coupler pattern — Volvo, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Sany or to your drawing — and jaw profile, tine shape and cylinder spec can all be re-engineered for your machine class.

On site — Clearing felled branches or moving scrap bales: grab it and go, no manual binding, no second machine.
